The process goes as follows:

1. Upload your pets picture using our tool above (top of page, above the BUY NOW) button OR if you'd prefer, hit buy now and our team will be in touch to request a picture and can help guide you then (this works well if you're ordering for a friend or family member and would like to discuss pictures with them too :)) 
2. Click BUY NOW and pay - we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal
3. We send you a design proof (mock-up) within 3 working days. We work with you to ensure you're totally happy. Once you are, approve the mock-up and we take that as our signal to get making your pillow! 
4. We then create your 3D pillow. This involves us printing out the approved picture, cutting it and then hand-sewing the final design 
5. We ship it to you - once finished, we pop it in the post and you'll get a shipment email containing tracking information. All shipments are filly tracked and insured, and free of charge worldwide

Our production facilities in both the UK and China are still fully operational. Our teams are practicing social distancing and taking all the precautions possible in these trying times. As things stand - as at April 15th - our production times are not being effected. Our shipping estimates shown above are being slightly stretched in certain regions - so to be safe, please allow an extra 5-7 days delivery time. The couriers are running at full stretch with unprecedented levels of demand for their services, and air freight journeys are in lower supply because of less commercial flights (air freight typically makes use of storage within commercial planes). We're endeavouring to keep disruption to the absolute minimum. If you order is time sensitive, we recommend the express shipping option. This uses the fastest possible options from couriers like DHL, and we make express orders first to minimise the time lag. We offer free worldwide shipping by default. This is fully tracked and recorded shipping. We have an expedited shipping option which is free on orders over $99 or a $15 surcharge 

From the point of ordering, the process goes as follows. Our art and graphics team will work up your picture and will remove its background, and draw the sewing 'hemline' around the outline of your pet/s. We'll share this preview in 3 days or so with you, for you to approve. Once approved, we print the fabric, hand-sew the pillow, pack and ship it, and it takes around 9-12 working days thereafter 

Whilst we believe the pillow works best with one pet per pillow, we can create pillows with multiple pets on them. Generally we need the pets to be close together or touching, but if that's not possible, you can share multiple pictures and leave the rest to our team!

We have created thousands of these custom pillows, and along the journey we have learned a thing or two about what pictures work best and which don't. If you share a picture which we don't feel is optimal, we will contact you on the email which you used to order, and we will advice and work with you to find a more suitable picture. We will not just create sub-optimal pillows, and remember you get an approval step before we print, so there's plenty of chances to catch this problem early

We get asked this one a LOT on social media. On the surface, we get it, this can seem like an unnecessary product which does not fulfil any purpose - however looking deeper, this couldn't be less true 

The majority of our customers are buying these pillows to remember a pet that has recently died, whether their own or one of their family or friends. A SquishyFacedCrew pillow will DEFINITELY NOT replace the real thing (blimey, what possibly could?) BUT it does give a beautiful keepsake and the opportunity to still have some cuddles. That's why we make them so squishy and hence our name! 

Otherwise they make super-unique and cool gifts, and they're perfect if you're travelling for school, work or for any other reason which takes you away from the home. 

We get asked this a lot! and the answer is we can turn any cherished picture into a pillow in the shape of that picture - whether it's a motorbike, an anime girlfriend, a newborn baby or a much missed family member - and they're just some of the real examples which we have done! So yes we can make any picture into an awesome cushion for you :)
